Worst Nights sleep Ever!
Mother of 3 Oct 22, 2009
Stopped in the Renaissance for one night on our way to Branson. Usually we have a King bed and it has always been ... wonderful. My daughters were along this trip so we got the double beds which were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel especially this expensive. It was like being on a boat. Everytime my husband moved, I felt sea sick. They were small, the bedding kept coming off the bed. There was no blanket. There are two sheets and a down comforter. When I got the extra blanket out of the closet, a pair of underwear fell down with the blanket.

Clean
kmom Mar 11, 2009
When I checked in, I requested a mini fridge but it never showed up. I called the front desk after about 3 hours and asked ... again and then they brought it up. Also, we tried to purchase a movie and it wasn't working. And we could hear people being real loud in the hall. Not at all what we expected.

Everthing You need
Gene Feb 1, 2008
The Renaissance provided a very comfortable room. The desk work area came in handy as I set up my computer to conduct ... business. Also, there was plenty of space to lounge while I was relaxing and watching TV. The breakfast choices were excellent. They provided a wide vareity of buffet food or you could simply order from the menu. The dinner selections of fish and steak were also done in excellent taste. The workout area and spa was relaxing after a stressful day of making sales calls. I enjoyed my experience there and would recommend it to anyone.
