Absolutely awful
I have stayed at other Renaissance hotels, and I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff spoke to me only and not to my fiance. Then when we thought we were going to get a good nights sleep that didn't happen either. I had to call the front desk twice due to teenagers slamming doors and running up and down the hallways. It was the most awful experience I have ever had at any hotel. Defiantly not worth my money.

Horribile Experience will never stay here again!!
The Hottub Closed! Pool Ice Cold! too the poing no one is really using it inside. The icemaker on the floor is out of order! Does anything work in this hotel? The bed has to be the most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever slept on and I actually hurt the next day. If that doesnt make things worse the Hotel Services Swiped my credit card and tied up 400 dollars on my credit card when I had already paid so truly tied up over 500 dollars. I never really complain but truly skip this hotel!

Angry customer
Over priced
The room was over priced and the front desk women argued with me for ten minutes when I checked in. The room wasn't very nice. I wish I would had stayed at a super 8

Beautiful place to stay.
We visited friends and family. The hotel was lovely outside of the fact that the mattress needed replacing. It was very uncomfortable unlike other luxury hotels we have stayed in. We would not go back because a good nights rest on a pillow top mattress is imperative.

Fantastic get away for the girls
We had a wonderful stay saturday april 23,2011. the girls were happy and enjoyed the hotel. The two problems I had was, I called before a came to make sure the pool was open. Because that was one of the things they really wanted to do.the pool end up being close, they sent us across the street and the pool was very small. The other problem was the host at breakfast was very mean to the girl's when they went do for breakfast to bring it back to the room. I called before I left because the girl's were very upset about it. the only thing they offered was a free movie and check out was at 11am. It was 10:30am when I called down there!I felt the we should have been affered another night do to the pool being close after i called and ask was it open, and do to the fact of the host being so mean to the girl's..... I don't know how this work or even if someone will read this. Feel free to call me [@]

Tulsa Renaissance
This is one the better hotel that I've stayed at. It was a very pleasurable stay overall except for the noise from the passing traffic on highway next to it and my washcloths not being replenished.

Great Hotel
Frequently heard other doors slamming from rooms but it was tolerable. Did not enjoy several unattended children in the pool! Otherwise, stay was fantastic!
