Over priced

The room was over priced and the front desk women argued with me for ten minutes when I checked in. The room wasn't very nice. I wish I would had stayed at a super 8

Beautiful place to stay.

We visited friends and family. The hotel was lovely outside of the fact that the mattress needed replacing. It was very uncomfortable unlike other luxury hotels we have stayed in. We would not go back because a good nights rest on a pillow top mattress is imperative.

Fantastic get away for the girls

We had a wonderful stay saturday april 23,2011. the girls were happy and enjoyed the hotel. The two problems I had was, I called before a came to make sure the pool was open. Because that was one of the things they really wanted to do.the pool end up being close, they sent us across the street and the pool was very small. The other problem was the host at breakfast was very mean to the girl's when they went do for breakfast to bring it back to the room. I called before I left because the girl's were very upset about it. the only thing they offered was a free movie and check out was at 11am. It was 10:30am when I called down there!I felt the we should have been affered another night do to the pool being close after i called and ask was it open, and do to the fact of the host being so mean to the girl's..... I don't know how this work or even if someone will read this. Feel free to call me [@]

Tulsa Renaissance

This is one the better hotel that I've stayed at. It was a very pleasurable stay overall except for the noise from the passing traffic on highway next to it and my washcloths not being replenished.

Great Hotel

Frequently heard other doors slamming from rooms but it was tolerable. Did not enjoy several unattended children in the pool! Otherwise, stay was fantastic!

Worst Nights sleep Ever!

Stopped in the Renaissance for one night on our way to Branson. Usually we have a King bed and it has always been wonderful. My daughters were along this trip so we got the double beds which were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel especially this expensive. It was like being on a boat. Everytime my husband moved, I felt sea sick. They were small, the bedding kept coming off the bed. There was no blanket. There are two sheets and a down comforter. When I got the extra blanket out of the closet, a pair of underwear fell down with the blanket.

Good location and value

I was attending convention and staff was very helpful and accomodating. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were roomy in case you did have family attending. All and all great experience.
