Super clean room in downtown Tulsa
Attended a wedding at a downtown church. Hotel was a very convenient location and the rooms were super clean. Room didn't have any hotel information...front desk clerk says new ones were being made. This made use of hotel perks difficult. Kids were dissapointed the pool was closed. The weather was hot!

Lovely atmosphere!
We had a fabulous time at this hotel. It's quite close to the Blue Dome district, so we walked 2 blocks for great lunch and nightlife during our stay!

Hyatt Downtown
Great experience. No problems what so ever. The bar and coffee shop inside the hotel were great as well! The biggest perk is that it is a Hyatt now and that they are connected to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center!!! FYI: Parking is $8 per day

Not a great place to stay.
I had an interview. First at check in I waited for 20 min for a person to do the check in. no one was available for valet parking. Hotel staff was not very friendly. ROOM WERE CLEAN AND BED WAS COMFORTABLE. Breakfast was limited and so so. Breakfast is even better at most of small hotels. I had big expectations from hyatt but I WONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Tulsa for a nice little Christmas getaway. First of all, the hotel is beautiful. I don't know if they just got done renovating, but the lobby area as well as the rooms have a luxurious feel to them. We were impressed. My only complaint is the "nickel and dime" charges. Parking is NOT free; you have to use the parking garage and that can be quite expensive. Also, the Internet was not free, but that was okay since I had a connection. Room service is a little expensive, so make friends with MapQuest and look for the restaurants in the area. Overall, I was pleased. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Not fully happy
We booked this room Sept. 9th for an Oct. 23rd stay. We ordered a room with one king sized bed and a smoking room. We were given a room that was non-smoking and had 2 full sized beds[...]. When we got to the room, we were greeted to a foul smell. We searched the room and finally found an old pizza box under the bed with what looked like a week old left over. They offered to give us a different room, and did give us vouchers for free breakfast. We want to know, why ask us what we want in a room if the hotels don't recognize the requests.
