Great, convenient location. Very clean.
Our first time at a Holiday Inn Express. We were very pleased with the location. It was quiet, very clean, provided an excellent breakfast.

Great experience!
Wow!! Totally great trip. Clean rooms, VERY comfortable bed, great staff! ([...] was AWESOME!! She had to be the kindest hotel person we have ever come across in our travels!) Can't get over just how comfortable the beds were!! The free internet and very nice breakfast were great perks :-) The only reason I didn't give it the one extra star...because the room had a strong odor due to below the window a/c units. Once the A/C ran for a bit the smell dissipated. Plus I always travel with a can of Lysol because it is a smell we often come across at hotels with the under the window units.

Just okay - and pricey
It was a pretty nice hotel but way too much for what we got. The 2 double/queen room was much smaller than some we've stayed at for 2/3 the price. The breakfast wasn't that great. I was expecting more after all of the commercials. Will definitely look elsewhere for our next visit just based on the price.

The hotel has super great food - breakfast was amazing!!!! Even at 5:30am!

Near great shopping
We arrived late in the evening for our stay, and the staff had our hotel keys and check-in material waiting for us. The room was what I expect from a Holiday Inn...clean, comfortable, fluffy towels, and good housekeeping staff. The pool was clean and well-kept, and breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of items. The location is near a variety of restaurants, a shopping mall, and many major stores. However, there was not a lot of street noise during our stay.

Woodland Hills Mall (across the street) has a great indoor playground for small children, as does Chick-Fil-A down the road. There is also a Cheesecake Factory next to the mall.

Great Rooms
Very comfortable bed, great towels, hot water & shower head. TV channels fair... no HBO or Showtime. Great A/C it kept the real cool when it was over 100 outside!
