Was greeted at the desk and welcomed to Tulsa. Asked if there was anything he could help me with that night. If not, just call the front desk. Room was very clean and the cleaning service was efficient. The only thing we were concerned about was an incident where a little girl was across the hall from us crying and screaming for her mother. We tried to help and noticed an employee coming out of another room. We asked if he could help find her mother. He said there were only two rooms occupied on the second floor and the room she was at was empty. About the time we were going to ask him to go floor to floor her mother came up the stairway and got her. We thought the employee could have handled the situation better.

Great location, great price!
We just stayed overnight on our way back to Fort Worth from St. Louis and this hotel was perfect for us. Very comfy bed, perfect size room, great price, great service! And it was right down the road from Famous Dave's BBQ, which is also partly why we picked this hotel as well. Don't have those in our area, but a must try if you haven't yet.

Great staff, enjoyed a leisure trip to Tulsa. Rooms clean, loved having fridge and microwave. Breakfast was pretty basic. Was quiet on weekdays but weekends were a bit noisy. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Great staff; clean; affordable; no probs
We have stayed at several hotels and this one, in this price range, beats them all. The staff was prompt and friendly. We asked for bedding for the fold out couch/bed and they brought it up and made it in about 10 minutes. The lady checking me in was at her shift end, but since her relief hadn't arrived yet, she made sure I had what I needed before she left. Rooms were very clean and the bed was great to sleep on. Pool was small, but with small kids, not a huge issue. We had no complaints.

Wonderful
Fairfield Inn was wonderful. the staff was friendly and accomidating. several remembered us from a previous visit and commented it was nice to see us again and made friendly comments about events from our other visits. they provided us with everything we needed promptly. the rooms and hotel were clean and well cared for.the location is great for shopping and plenty of places are nearby to eat-inexpensive and fine dining. the whole family enjoyed our stay. the breakfast beat any other hotel's continental breakfast- cold and hot items were available with a decent variety.
