Baymont Inn and Suites Tulsa

Good value for price, front office staff was helpful, no problem with noise or disturbance. It was a $39 taxi ride from airport, but that might have been just the taxi overcharge (same trip cost me $23 last year). Breakfast was ready by 6AM and met the need--appreciated the fresh fruit.

Honestly, the worst experience ever. When we got to the hotel, we discovered that all of the area attractions ie. Celebration Station had been bulldozed to the ground. The hotel stood by itself completely surrounded by chain link surrounded empty lots. At the desk they had our booking wrong. We had booked two adjoining rooms and they only had one room reserved for us. When they tracked down another room it was on the other side of the hotel and on a different floor. Told the desk that was unacceptable and they eventually found two rooms that were across the hall and a little way down from each other. When we got to our room we found it to be filthy and when we pulled the sheets back, the old bloodstains on the coverlet were quite a surprise. We called down and requested a different room or immediate housekeeping. The woman at the desk told us to strip the sheets and someone would be along shortly. We left for dinner and 3 hours later, our sheets are still in a pile on the floor out in the hallway. I resigned myself to sleeping three on the other bed and called Orbitz to cancel our second night. Told the gentleman on the phone what the problems were and he called the hotel management. He called me back a few minutes later and told me that the person he spoke to was very rude and she told him that we had 30 minutes to check out or we would be charged for the full stay and unable to cancel. We checked out and went two exits further down the road and stayed at one of the nicest La Quinta's I have ever stayed at for a well spent $12 more per night. I had stayed at Baymont's in the past and considered them to be one of the better budget hotels, but never again. Beware.

Room was clean and quite, close to moderate priced restaurants. Lite breakfast offered each morning. If you need a fair priced, clean & quite room this is a value.

Plenty of restaurants and fast food in the area. Good location right of the interstate, made traveling easy.

I am used to much more accomodating hotel. Although the staff was friendly, that was the highlight of my stay.

Non smoking rooms but smoking allowed right outside front door which blew right up into our window on the 2nd floor. Not enough towels 3 people - 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels 2 washcloths!! Rooms did not smell fresh/clean smelled musty and old!

stayed here at least 4 times in the last 3 years. everytime I come, it seems to be getting worse. for the price though, Im not going to complain. All the businesses surrounding this hotel have been demolished, leaving it standing alone in a vast sea of crumbled concrete. Not exactly pretty to look at.

It is a $40.00 cab drive from the airport. The location is Slumish. The hotel was dirty. The rooms were fairly clean but the hotel itself was lacking.

Met my needs to be close to visiting my mother.Reasonable rates for area. Bath tub was cracked and floor and carpet did not appear to be cleaned daily.

Good Value for the price. Nice, clean room, nothing special. Was in a good location, close to highways and lots of restaurants.
