Road Trip
Ran in a 5K race at OSU and this hotel was about 5 blocks from the campus. Great location, new facility.

a good-nights sleep...
Stopped in on a road trip, the room was very clean and for me enough room--even though it was small. The bed and pillows were great, had a good-nights sleep. Was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff.

Poor Customer Service
Unfortunate enough to stay on an unusually windy night. The cable on the flag pole was "dinging" all night long. Staff said hotel was booked and couldn't move my room. When I asked they at least take down the flad, they claimed they didn't have keys needed.

Overnight Getaway
Excellent hotel--very quiet, extremely clean room with cold air conditioner and comfy beds and pillows. Staff was very friendly, and the continental breakfast was far more than we expected. In addition to the regular fare, it included waffles and biscuits with sausage gravy. Very tasty! It was near restaurants and shopping also.

Cozy, clean and nice.
I attended a conference that was at the nearby University. I would have liked the check-out process to be a little more streamlined. I accidentally got charged upon checkout even though I had already paid online. They staff was very helpful in sorting out this problem however. This was a really nice trip and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Loved our stay at the hotel
The hotel was super clean. Loved the breakfast. They had fresh waffels. The staffa was vrey friendly and knowledgable of the area.
