Travelodge Oklahoma City

Hotel was okay. Advertised internet didn't work. Breakfast was....just food for the road. Nothing special. Service was okay, not great. If you're just on the road and need a cheap place to stay, this will work fine for you.

Hotel was clean, basic, nice, and minutes from everything. Steps were missing outside for a few days. That was a little dangerous. But fixed when we left.

Pros: Comfortable bed Hot shower Close to hwy but not too loud (I was in back building) Free "breakfast" ( oj, coffee, muffins, bagels and cereal) Free wifi Lots of security cameras Backs up to a strip club - perhaps a con... Cons: Was some hair in the shower drain (not mine) Old school tube tv

I stayed one night from 5pm to 8am.Our room faced the back of a stip club?! Our door looked like it had been pushed in before so crickets were getting in all throught the night. Then the fire alarm chirped all throurgh night because when I asked the front desk what they could do about it they nothing. I didnt get any sleep and was very ired all the next day.

This room was gross. It was below standard and uncomfortable. The comforter on the bed was stained, along with the chairs and carpet. The chairs looked as if they were picked out of a dumpster. There were dead bugs on the bathroom counter along with toothpaste from previous user. Dirt on walls and doors. Room smelled old and musty. Thankfully, I looked for bed bugs but i didnt see any.

Bathroom needed slight cosmetic work, very slight. touch up paint mostly.. room was clean, bed was comfortable for me. Do however look at their ac filters if you stay here in any season they were clogged had to wash it out to get air to work. pull straight up out of front of the ac. real easy. ammenities were just the same as other places, coffee was ok. called to verify address before arrival.was told only 10 minutes from airport. no was more like 20. Please note the road you turn off onto comes up fast. dark and raing night did not see till past hotel, it sits back behind other hotel etc.. Landmark to look for is a Denny's restaraunt sits right in front, so turn down road right between it and another hotel. Easy on and off freeway from there. about 2 blocks or so. food near by makes it real nice for late- late arrival..

First room was not ready. Door was wide open and room not cleaned. Second room had a door lock that did not work properly. Police sirens were sounding all day and night. No iron or board in room.

It is not worthy of the label Travelodge. It is obvious there is not some one who cares about upkeep at the helm.
