A little dissappointed
The Staff was great,room was clean and comfortable. They don't have free wifi (super 8 does) and for the price I expected more. They charge for EVERYTHING, in room movies were 16 dollars, valet parking was high and the alternative was the parking garage which was quite a little hike and a charge every time you came and went out of it. The best thing about this hotel is it's location - you can walk to BrickTown easily.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
Downtown is pretty torn up right now (Nov 2011) due to renovation, but it is very convenient to a lot of great shopping. Can walk to BrickTown, 10 minute drive to Penn Square Mall and the new outlet mall on the west side of town.

Not Worth It
The hotel may be rated three stars but it is not. The rooms have double beds in them. Who sleeps on double beds anymore except kids. The nieghbors were loud and the elevator even louder.

Inconvenienced and rude!!
We booked this hotel 8 months prior to the Memorial Marathon and received a call 1 hour before check in that we had been bumped to another hotel 10 miles away! The compensation hotel was anything but! We had to leave our hotel an hour earlier in order to make the race! When contacted by the hotel they were rude and couldnt care less about our inconvenience or prepaid room! They just told us we had been bumped and there was nothing they could do to help us!

Great Location for Family Fun
WOW Great Hotel. The Location is Awesome took the Family to see A Ice Show. After My wife and I went to Bricktown which is One Block and HAd a Great Dinner. The Hotel was Great for the Kids there was a Pool and they had a fantastic time. The Staff Could not do enough for us they even gave the kids some Candy when we checked in. ANyway The HOtel was Great and Bricktown was awesome.

Nice place to stay near Bricktown
We were there for a Thunder basketball game. Easy walk to both dinner in Bricktown and the Ford Center. Parking at the hotel is Expensive, but the clerk at the front desk was good about letting us know of a public parking lot with a sky walk to the hotel for much cheaper. The public areas are pretty nice, but the rooms are pretty average.

BEEN AROUND
OKC NIGHTLIFE
HOTEL WAS AVERAGE FOR A RENAISSANCE. SELF PARK WAS AT LEAST A BLOCK AWAY. VALLET WAS 27.50 A DAY. LOCATION WAS GREAT TO VISIT BRICKTOWN. HOUSEKEEPING WAS KNOCKING ON DOOR AT 9:00 AM.

Excellent
I enjoyed the clientele as well as the service. I have never stayed at such a hotel. Their motto is whatever whenever. They really exude that motto.

Expensive and Loud
Mom and I took a road trip to OKC to visit the Memorial. We selected this hotel for its location and to indulge ourselves. Unfortunately, despite some very good customer service, the amenities were decidedly lacking: the restaurant food was shockingly bland; the mini-bar refrigerator was broken and wouldn't open; and the rooms weren't sound-proofed, with nearly an inch-high space under the door. The latter situation proved to be the hotel's downfall, as a group of teenage girls two rooms down kept slamming their door and shouting down the hall past 11:30pm. Had to call security and the manager. All I can say is look elsewhere.

Baseball fan
Great Stay
It is a great location! The hotel was just about a block or two to everything in Bricktown. This included restaurants, bars and entertainment. Great place to stay for the Big 12 baseball tournament.
