Fluffy Pillows and Great Breakfast

The bedroom offered a body pillow and 6 fluffy (feather) pillows. The breakfast was buffet style with almost everything offered at a sit down restaurant.

Not a good experience

This hotel was terrible. We had a tiny room, it felt like we were staying in a dungeon. There was trash and even a room key behind the TV. There was no water pressure at all and it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. For the price they charge for their rooms I expected a lot more, especially with what else is in the area for the same, if not better, price. Their touted "breakfast bar" was decent at best. I will never stay in a Clarion again.

Not bad for the price

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, and not very far from the hot spots. The hotel isn't easy to spot since it's set back off the road a bit. The facilities are older, but the staff does a good job keeping everything clean. They do have a free breakfast and a complementary social hour. It's not the Hilton, but your not paying that price either.

Comfortable, clean with good location

Easy access to airport. Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure shuttle arrived in a timely manner to deliver us to the airport on time. The room was clean; the beds were very comfortable with a quite, restful environment. The only complaint was the room location was a good walk from the lobby. We would have prefered a closer room to prevent pulling the suitcases from building #5 to the front lobby to catch the shuttle and check out early AM.

Not like the picture

Couldn't find at first then didn't look like picture and was like a tenement motel. Didn't feel very safe it was back to back hotels in that area and a little noisy.I have stayed at many hotels that were less expensive but very high quality. Didn't utilize free breakfast buffet or would have had to drive around. Staff pleasant just not my kind of place to stay.

Great location for the price.

This motel is geared to business travel but it was a great location for us to be at the zoo when it opened.

Clarion Hotel Airport

There were two bar clamps holding the front of the sink, something maintenance left undone. The rug under the sink was lumpy and smelled of mildew. When using the plug at the desk with my computer the electrical outlet lost power and I had to move to another part of the room where there was power. The shower was great, and the breakfast was good.

Great hotel for the location and price!

I am a snob when it comes to hotels, so I wasn't sure about staying at a Clarion for $66. But, my husband said book it and we did. We just wanted a weekend away from DFW and I wanted to be close to downtown. We were minutes from the OKC Memorial and Bricktown. The room was great. We have a one year old, so the extra living room space was great. We were able to dump her toys and close the door to the bedroom so she had a large area to play. The breakfast buffet was not spectacular, but it did the job. Eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, bagels, etc. We enjoyed it. Especially because it was free. We will stay there again! The only thing that was bad was that their pool was being renovated, but they allowed us to use the Hilton next door. Wow! Oh, and the other hotels that charged $30-$40 more were less than a block away! What a deal!

Don't waste your time at the expensive restaurants on the riverwalk. Just go get a slice of pizza and sit outside and listen to the bands.
