"Soccer Weekend a Success"
The Inn was very nice. The clerks even nicer! They went out of their way to find an extra room in the hotel for some friends that decided to go at the last minute! Even as far as calling someone at their home to see if they would mind changing to a different room! The location was great! Close to shopping, food, and the soccer complex! And, just let me add - my son's OFC '95 team won their tourney!!!!! Successful trip in all areas!

Unsatisfied in OK
Very poor customer service
A friend and I booked this trip as a getaway with no children/husbands/etc. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had room service and a mini fridge. There was actually no room service and the mini fridge was not functioning properly. I notified the staff that the fridge was not working and they were very rude about it and it was never fixed. No appology was ever offered when we spoke with guest services twice. We even mentioned that our food that we brought back to the hotel was ruined at check-out, and the guy said, "okay... you are all checked out now". We felt totally blown off, This was the worst customer service ever!!!
