Filthiest hotel I have stayed in.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. Carpet filthy. Bathtub filthy and unable to clean. Was suppose to have a breakfast. All they had was white toast and hard biscuits with nothing else. I will never stay there again and I didnt want to go back at the end of the day. If I hadnt have already paid I would have left. The towel rack fell off the wall, the toilet tissue holder was broke and broke more, and the bed spread had what looked like melted white cheese or something discusting I cannt mention but if you get my drift.

MY MOTEL ROOM WAS YUCKY!

This motel room is the 2nd worst room I have ever slept in. The room number is not visible at night. There is a small roach on the room's toilet. The inside room door has several filthy hand prints. The room lounge chair is grimmy where your head and hands should rest. The room carpet is torn in several spots. My mom and I had unknowingly put foot prints on the bathroom floor and noticed when we came in that night because foot prints were still there. We slept at another motel for our last nite and came back to check out that morning.

Am I being Punked?????

Don't come expecting Howard Johnson, it's nothing like the other HO Jos I have stayed at across the country. It's more like one of those dives you would fine on skid row, without the bum laying outside. Sure the front of the buildng looks ok(Not HJ ok, just ok).I wanted to leave but, it was already paid for and it was only for 2 days. It's cheep for a reason, [...].Stay away!!!!!!! It's also in the middle of no where...

Fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The furniture looks much newer than the room. The towels were surprisingly soft, which was great. The walls were a little thin (I could hear my neighbor) but that wasn't too much of a problem. The location was good, and, as a side note, it was right next to the cowboy heritage museuml, so if you're into that sort of thing... Overall the hotel was better than I expected, and absolutely worth the rate I paid.

Horrible!

This was horrible! I had the wrong date booked and they refused to give me a refund. I got to the room and the place was trashed with the bedding wadded on a chair. I asked it to be cleaned and left and came back. There was hair in the bathroom, dog hair on the floor, the place was gross not to mention falling apart. There is no fridge in the room and the ice machine went out of service shortly after I got there. The cups for the coffee were dirty, the package of coffee grounds was faded and looked like it had been soaked in water. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolutely Disappointed

We arrived at 4 a.m., the doors were locked, there wasn't a clerk at the front desk however there was a note instructing you to dial "0" on the phone outside the office. After over forty-five minutes of trying to get a hold of the clerk there was still no answer. I called [...] and they tried to call as well they received no answer. We found out from one of the other guests that the manager was in one of the hotel rooms sleeping and that she was supposed to have the phone on her. When we knocked on the door she was angry that we had woke her, she stated that they did not take late check-ins even though we had called ahead to make sure it would be okay to come in late. We had made reservations from Thursday to Sunday but she said that Thursday had already passed and we would have to wait until 7 am. We had been on the road for 8 hours by then with no sleep so we insisted that she give us the room she said that they did not have time to clean the rooms yet, which was untrue because they were supposed to be clean for us 13 hours before then! After she spoke with [...] she gave us the room keys and [...] gave us a refund for Thursday night, we got to our rooms only to find that one of the rooms had 2 small beds when we reserved 2 king size bed rooms. Upon inspection of the room, we noticed that the floors were dirty and for some reason there were 2 desks on top of each other. While looking for a phone book we found roaches in the nightstand, spiders in the bathroom and a mildew like smell throughout the room. We were excited that the hotel had a pool but when we discovered that the pool was the size of a kiddie pool and brown we were very upset! Bottom line the room and service were horrible but for the purpose of our vacation the location was excellent. My advice is to not stay here no matter how much money you can save!

Don't Do it

This was awful. The pool was filthy there was no way anyone with us was going in. Was tod the pool was cloudy because of the rain they had the day before. But that doesn't cover the dirt and bugs there is no excuse for not cleaning it. The sheets and pillow has stains on them. The bathtub in our room looked like it had a layer of dirt but it was really stained that way. When I asked about the wifi was told they had been having problems but if I waited a few hours it might work. Was told the same thing about the Ice machine on check in. I have never been so disappointed in a motel. If I could have gotten a refund I would have never stayed the night. I would rather sleep in the car. Thank goodness we always carry pillows and light blankets in the car when we travel.

Nice manager, not so great neighborhood

There is some really friendly staff that all speak really good English and do what they can to accomodate your needs. It appears that they are trying to change the hotel to make it better, but right now cleanliness in the rooms is not one of its strong suits. There were stains on the sheets and some of the towels and the carpet. Its in kind of a shady area of town, but the immediate surrounding area seems real safe. Loud at night and kind of don't feel real safe at night as a woman staying here alone. The management is trying to turn this place around by the looks of it but are still in process
