Not a resort!
This is an APARTMENT COMPLEX! This is no resort by any means. It is not a very good complex either. They mix regular leased tenants in with the vacationing visitors. The information about Isola Bella seems too good to be true and it is. I'm so surprised that they try to present this as a resort! They have TERRIBLE customer service, INSINCERE hospitality and are a MONEY HUNGRY organization. I will never stay here again! I suggest you never stay here either.

Weekend getaway
The hotel was not what I expected. We had to decide on which hotel to stay at and came across this one, we were sure glad we did. It was really really nice! I felt like I was in an apartment, it felt like home! It had a dining table, flat screens, a kitchen, everything you need and more. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but we got passed that. Our room was right by the lakeside, it was gorgeous. Breakfast was served at 9am, which was perfect because we didn't have to wake up so early, and it was surprisingly good! It was absolutely the perfect place for me and my boyfriend to stay for the weekend and reasonable, we will most likely be going back! The help was also very friendly.

Oklahoma Hotel Stay
Very nice hotel. A little hard to find, but worth it in the end. We now have a home away from home to go to when visiting our college campus daughter. Thank you for assisting us with accomodations! You were most helpful.

Interesting room
Interesting hotel room in that it's really an apartment. Hard wood floors, full kitchen, washer/dryer combo. No telephone though, THAT was strange. Couldn't get Wi-Fi access because the office was closed until Sunday on account of 01/01/11. Domino's wouldn't deliver after dark because it's allegedly dangerous? I dunno.

Not what I was expecting but was nice
Isola Bella is a great place to stay while in the OKC area. They offer all lengths of stays from daily or weekend rentals to monthly or full-time. I was there for a weekend college reunion.[...] the staff was very nice, including the maintenance crew. They all greeted me every time they saw me. Isola Bella provides clean 1 or 2 bedroom apartments, completely stocked with pots/pans, dishes, coffee maker, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, a TV in each room. I had a very nice lake view as well.They also have free WiFi but they need to create an account for guests. I was called shortly after I logged in, telling me my account was setup. I was surprised to find that the rental included a full breakfast AND dinner each day. Rental cars are also available for guests for $15/day or loaners can be used in 2 hour increments.I highly recommend Isola Bella in Bethany but wanted people to know that it's not a 'traditional' hotel.

Our stay was for the most part very good. The only thing that could be changed is the maybe have different choices on the main dishes for the meals.
