Hyatt Place Oklahoma City Airport

A nice clean hotel with free WIFI. Beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. My only complaint is that while the room was designated as non-smoking, it smelled like smoke when I walked in. Not bad enough to be annoying, but I did alert the front desk because signs in the room indicated a $250 charge for smoking in the room and I did not want to be charged for a pre-existing smell. The staff was very cordial and there were no problems upon check out.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful, the room spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very nice and couterious the room was nice and clean except for a big stain on the floor and there was no information about the area or about the hotel in the room, all and all I would recomend this hotel to my friends good value for the buck.

The hotel is quite nice for OKC.. appeared to be recently renovated. Had that standard dark trim light walls japanese look. It is close to the airport and downtown. Checking in took awhile.. they were having difficulty with the computer. Checking out took longer.. still could not figure out the computer system and were unable to print a receipt with numbers. Had to fill in the total by hand (AP will love that on my expense report). The room was a decent size (much like a junior suite).. closest was small.. no pen or note pad on the desk. Reqested extra towels from house keeping and had to explain why I needed extra towels. It is 105 outside and I took a shower twice a day. Don't want to justify the need simply want to hear "yes sir, here are your extra towels". All in all, it is a nice hotel.. easy access to the highways.. $70/night was a very good price. I would stay there again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room is quite spacious which is a plus when you have kids and they served continental breakfast which was another plus, my only minor complaint was the musty smell of the room. The hotel staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean and smelled great when you entered, I just wish my room smelled like that too. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in OKC to visit with family who reside there. This is the very first time that we were able to entertain children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in the living area with no effort and no crowding. Such nice room(s) and very comfortable and numerous seating areas made our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely make this hotel our base every time that we return to visit relatives. I also was astounded at the price since we have paid two to three times this room rate and gotten half the space in other hotels. Very knowledgable and courteous staff, extremely clean room and facilites, and best bed on our 3000 mile trip!

We arrived late at night,near midnight. The hotel is just a short distance from the OKC airport and this was terrific for 2 weary travelers. We were warmly greeted by the desk clerk and promptly checked into our room. Our room was great and the beds were very comfy! I greatly appreciated the tube of toothpaste by the sink as I had forgotten mine. This was our second stay at this hotel and we were very pleased with our short stay.

Very clean and good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Room smelled of smoke but staff was attentive and promised "deep clean" after we checked out. Pictures of pool are creative on internet virtual tour but my kids didn't care. Overall, I would stay there again.
