Bad attitude!!!
The hotel itself is very nice, clean, not in the best location but were able to find it. But they had the worst receptionist......bad attitude, no manners, no frienliness...really made me want to leave! The breakfast was not at all what I was expecting for the hotel it was but I guess as long as they had coffee. I made it a great stay overlooking those 2 lil things.

High tech traveler right at home
Innovative/unique room layout
First thing: the staff is as friendly and accommodating as they come. Their culture is unquestionably dedicated to consummate customer service. The hotel rooms have a fantastic, unique room layout that separates the sleeping area from the entertaining area (with a fridge and sink separate from the bathroom area), while using the same square footage as a comparable conventional room. A large screen HDTV can swivel to serve each distinct area, making it very user friendly. A TRUE WORKING DESK WITH UNMATCHED ELECTRONIC WIRING AND ADAPTERS makes the room a truly effective office space. One can hook their computer up with plenty of charging and can even use the large flatscreen as their monitor. Although they offer free breakfast, an IHOP is within walking distance for fans of that establishment. Within blocks are 3 major indoor shopping districts ranging from Macy's to Wal-Mart to local gems, including the new Classen Curves district. Finally, temperature control is a crucial thing for me, given the heat of OKC summers, and the thermostat was extremely prompt in adjusting the room temperature (and I like it at 65 degrees when hot outside). Easy interstate access, yet the hotel is isolated from any traffic noise. My only criticism of the hotel is the slight difficulty in finding it, although GPS users should have no problem. It's tucked away from major streets which makes it a little tricky at first...this becomes an advantage once one learns the way.

The best mom ever
Awsome
The rooms are very clean and BIG. The location of the hotel was in a great area. Everyone that worked there was helpful and nice. We had a great time. Girls weekend away.

hidden but right in the middle of it all
Perfect location to stay for great shopping and restaurants. Hotel had some serious highway noise yet the highway was easy to hop on expressway and get to anywhere fast in OKC. Could hear stomping in hallways and overhead. Air conditioning worked great and the room was very spacious.

Business Traveler
Nice Place but Needs Work
I've enjoyed Hyatt Home hotels in the past as a business traveler. I booked this room for a pleasure trip with my wife. The hotel was tucked down a side street and could be difficult to find. Check in was good and we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful woman who quickly explained all of the hotel amenities to us. Our room was located next to the elevator, and faced a very busy (and noisy) highway. Normally, a steady air conditioning unit will mask the road nise. The air conditioner is our room was in bad repair and cycled on and off every 30 seconds or so. Between the AC and the highway, I got a very poor night's sleep. My wife, who is usually a sound sleeper, was also bothered by the noise. Other issues in the room: A bathroom door that didn't close, because it scraped the floor; and a cricket roamed the room. Not my usual Hyatt experience. If you stay here, make sure that you get a room facing the FRONT of the hotel to minimize the noise.
