Brand new in spring 2011, the Holiday Inn and Suites Oklahoma City North/ Quail Springs is the newest and most modern hotel in the emerging Quail Springs Area . OKC Shopping trip

We have stayed at nicer Holiday Inns, but this one was ok. The staff was all nice and quick to bring up a baby crib. Everything seemed to be clean and tidy. We were just expecting the same type of room as the Holiday Inn Express I guess. Overall, It was a nice room.

our room

the location, and staff was fabulous. The maid service, not so good. She never vacumed our room, in four days. She did not leave towels one day or soap, etc. at all one day. Most of all the sheets and bedding were the lowest quality. Would not go back as there are many in the area better.

Wonderful!

This Holiday Inn was in a great location near restaurants, shopping, a movie theater and not a far cry from downtown, but the amenities within the hotel itself were great so it was tough to leave! The business center was wonderful and the staff courteous as well as accommodating at all times. The halls, elevator and lobby were always spotless and the room- clean and comfortable.The coffeemaker and a choice of soft and firm pillows were a pleasant addition as well. My stay was one that I will stack all others against. Kudos to the staff and management. Keep up the great work. It is truly appreciated!

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

For a fun day trip, check out 'POPS' on Route 66 suggested from the pamphlet rack in the hotel lobby. An off the beaten path gas station/ convenient store and if you're hungry, grab a burger or sandwich there too! It's not your average stop especially if you like soda! Neat place with fun places to stop and shop along the way.

Great!

Staff was very professional. Hotel was clean and in a safe-feeling neighborhood. Hotel is new, so of course, everything looked very nice!
