dirty and old
Do not think this is a usual Hawthorne Suites by Wyndom. It is horrible, run down and certainly not owned or operated by Hawthorne. Do not stay here.

Cheap not good for the money
The hotel staff was very nice but the hotel it self was run down and looks very old the furniture did not work properly in the room and the wifi was not responsive whatsoever you cannot browse the web. There were cockroaches and stains on the bed sheet I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room had a nice setup, bedroom for sleeping on one side, then down a hall where the bathroom, microwave, and frig are, then into an entertainments area with a dining room. Nice setup, two TVs, secluded and quite.

Real Disappointment
The size of the room was GREAT!! The stench in the room was so bad I woke up several times in the night to the horrible stink in the room. We even went to the mall and bought 2 Yankee Candles to burn for several hours that did not even make a bit of difference. Unless there is a total remodel and cleaning I would not recommend this room for a family. Maybe college boys but not girls. NASTY!!!!!!

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff told us that they did not have the room that we had requested, and they would not recomend this place to anyone, The hotel would not refund our money back to us, we finally worked out a room that would work. The room had a bad smell to it, dirty carpet, the bathroom had broken tiles on/for the floor, the air cond. only worked some of the time, the tv`s did not have a remote that worked with them, the bathtub-shower would not drain. Now that we are home, I would not let my dog stay there. The pic`s of the place are when it first opened, it needs remodeled.

The good, the bad, & the disgusting
The good: The staff was really helpful resolving any complaints/problems we had, queen beds were comfortable, carpets appeared clean. The bad: Had a lot of difficulty getting the air conditioners to work. Remote for the AC was difficult to figure out, came with no instructions, and the filters were beyond filthy. No towels or washcloths in room. No light bulbs in 3 of the lamps. The disgusting: Found dirty underwear in kitchen cabinet and dirty laundry & other trash in fold-out sofa bed, and the sofa bed was warped, uncomfortable.

mediocre accomodations.
Although the price of the hotel air package was desirable the hotel was less then acceptable, The hotel could use some renovations and the breakfast included was bad. The room had an unusual smell to it and the hotel service desk was slow to respond to check in. I also had one day of my three day stay where the room was not cleaned, even with the "service needed tag" on the door. Luckily, I spent most of my day visiting with my college age daughter so my time in the room was brief.
