Room with large indentations in the wall; a window that fell off the hinges; cigarette burns in the comforter; and a bathroom fan that did not operate. Next room inoperable bathroom fan; lighting failed; limited use of outlets. Colleagues was locked out of the room, despite the room being paid for in advance. The night attendant was belligerent when I inquired about why the billing was not consistent with payments made.

The staff was AWESOME! The room was clean, and comfortable. The price was great value, too. A little hard to locate, kind of 'hidden' behind the Target store on the corner, if you should happen to be looking for this hotel, any time soon. But, other than that...would stay here again, no doubt. :)

Cost of hotel was great! Hotel was kind of hard to find. Room needed to be cleaned, bottom of mattress was filthy, and towel did not smell fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Found a bug in my bed and when I returned home I had a rash all over my body. Won't stay there again!!

Great place to stay. Close to great shopping and dinning.

On a budget so went with something less expensive. It was not a bad hotel - in fact it was clean and the room had a kitchen although my stay there wasn't long enough to use it. It was very quiet there at night - no noisy neighbors. The bed was really hard and the hallway did smell like cigarette smoke but those were my only two issues. It was a bit hard to find but after a phone call I found it okay -it was sitting back off the street a ways behind the Target Store.

The staff was very friendly and told me fun places to see during my stay. I asked for a nonsmoking room but it smelled as if someone had just finished a cigarette. It is hard to find from the highway with only a little sign showing out on the street. There was no shampoo in the bathroom but soap was plentiful. There were plates, cups, and a microwave to use in the suites, which is good for room service or bringing food back to the hotel. Once you know where it is I think it's a great, cheap place to stay for a few nights.

First, I booked my reservation for the wrong date, and the front desk was able to move my reservation to the day prior. I did call ahead when I realized my mistake, so I made it easier on them, but they were easy to deal with on this and it was my mistake, so I thought it was worth mentioning. Second, the facility was clean and organized, with the front desk personnel willing to give me extra coffee after I drank through all of the default amount. Third, the location is terrific! It is a two minute walk to a Target that had all the food and other supplies that I needed while staying there. Fourth, the personnel were friendly and attentive. Now, I have to caveat that last one, because I was there just a few days before Christmas, when there are always good spirits in the air, but the staff at this hotel was no bunch of grinches! Almost like good friends level of friendliness and familiarity from the moment I checked in. I know this reads like I work for the place, but I'm an Army guy who was just up there for a couple of days to get LASIK eye surgery and needed to crash for a night or two while my eyes healed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located close to restaurants and highways. There were plenty of towels and the bathroom was very clean. It would have been nice if they offered meals, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby for it not to be a big issue.

Great place for a trip on a budget. Especially great for odd hours. No noisy maid service to wake up to. Like staying in a cheap apartment. Bed not great.

Bed was hard (like what you would stay on if you were at your grandparents and had their hand-me down bed to sleep in). Kept flip-flops on walking around...4.99 for one night of internet use - first time I've ever had to pay for it while I stayed somewhere - never been charged in Missouri.... if I was staying the week the best think was the kitchen set up... it was spacious and clean...furniture (desk) was nice as was the table so I could spread out.... no complimentary stuff (coffee, cups, etc.) other than the generic bar of soap....
