I would probably have skipped my assessment of this hotel had it not been for the cost and level of service the establishment ... seeks to portrait. Had this been a 2 star or below I would have received what was expected. Thus, I would recommend spending your travel dollars elsewhere thereby receiving what you would expect.

Had a great stay. I was looking for a room that was clean and quite and the hotel delivered both. Bed was very comfortable ... and the room temperature easy to adjust. Hotel has a nice pool. Unfortunately I did not have time to take advantage of it.

Had to fly in for a family funeral; unplanned; but accomodations were great except for noisy pool area. the hotel must be ... aware of this as there were complimentary ear plugs placed in my room. Also food accessibility was limited after a long flight as "due to economic conditions, the restaurant was not serving some meals, i.e. lunch and dinner"....

Elevator didn't work - Terrible mess

This large hotel only has 2 very small elevators - one didn't work. Stairwell didn't allow access to first floor readily ... because door was malfunctioning.Guests were waiting more that 15-20 minutes just to come and go. A pilot was going to be late for his flight. I was able to determine that elevator has been down for more than a week. Inexcusable! Too bad, otherwise a decent hotel.

This hotel is not up to Crowne Plaza standards. It is very dirty. After not having any hot water, dirty bathroom and nasty ... carpet, I was moved to another equally gross room with an even worse bathroom.

The Crown Plaza in OKC was very comfortable and I've never met friendlier people. The staff was most helpful which offset the ... fact that there were a few minor inconvienences such as one day the pool was closed, another day one of the elevators was not running. We could have used more counter space in the bathroom but otherwise it was fine.

I did enjoy the comfort of the bed. Cleaning staff was on it, no matter what time I took down my Do Not Disturb sign. Few ... suggestions: microwave, fridge, and continental breakfast. Also had bit of difficulties with the dresser drawer, but I could tell the cleaning lady did try to close it for me. Bartender Tiffany was fantastic. I had not so good of a day and just talking to her made it better. Plus great drinks!

Would recommend this hotel,room was roomy and the bathroom was very nice with a rounded shower curtain that gave you more ... space in the shower.Nice restaurantin the hotel.
