Low budget vacation

We visited with our grandchildren. We went to a movie we took them to different restaurants and they swam in the pool. My son ... was disapointed about the size of the pool and I was disappointed that there were no children's pool there. I did not care for that breakfast eggs with cheese waffles and some small danishes. I stayed at the embassy suites and of course it was not the same. The food was much better. I would have liked if I could have had a rollaway bed for my grandchildren. But we were told the room was too small for that bed.

Room was very spacious and clean, no complaints at all. Decor is up to date, carpets and furniture are nice. bathroom ... spacious, although the space may vary in other rooms; we had a handicap room. It was quiet. Most importantly the bed was COMFY! Being pregnant, this was a must have for me. Breakfast is good. There are hot and cold items, cereal, bagels, danishes, sausage, omelets, waffles, oatmeal, etc. We stayed 3 nights the only complaint I have is not getting enough towels and actually no room service one day (had to call front desk for servicing) and the water pressure in the shower is very low. I would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome hotel. I travel a lot and I am a Gold Member with Hilton, but I will tell you, I will use this Hotel ... everytime I travel this year to see my nephew play basketball at Northern Oklahoma..We had two rooms and my family and I loved it. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

I did not use any of the facilities, as I was out of the room most of the time. I found the hotel and the room to be very ... clean. The service was good, and the breakfast bar was better than I anticipated. I would definitely stay there again.

I think I am fairly hard to please, because I travel for a living. [...] The owner/manager seemed to be there about 16 hours ... each day, and he was on top of everything. Breakfast was superb, room was perfect, staff was helpful and friendly, location could not have been easier for access to airport, OKC, and Okla University in Norman. The bathroom was marble, and while the furniture was not tropical hardwood, it was new and very functional. This was billed as 3-star but I would consider it 4-stars easily.

Quick and painless check in and check out. We were traveling from the hotel to OU for the U2 concert and traffic on I35 south ... was horrible due to construction took about and hour to travel 15 miles.

My wife and I were going to the U2 concert in Norman and didn't want to drive back to Missouri after the show so we needed a ... close hotel room. For $80 I couldn't have asked for a better room. It was clean, good temperature, nice bathroom, easy to find, and very affordable. Well done, Best Western.

We found the room to be very comfortable and roomy. Also we could access our room through the lobby/hallway or through a ... door to the parking lot so we could park just outside and not have far to carry our luggage. The breakfast area was well-stocked with everything we could want and more and was kept clean and neat. The atmosphere in general was upbeat and there were abundant places to eat near-by as well as easy access to the freeway that took us down to bricktown.

Bricktown is worth a look. Also if you're looking for a great coffee shop, don't miss Coffee Slingers in the downtown area not far from Bricktown.

Suprisingly nice stay for a change

It's been a while since staying at a Best Western and was pleasently supprised at the clean & quiet rooms and in such good ... condition. It's been there a few years but kept up well and would recommend it to anyone. Happy that the wife had a nice time as well. The beds are a little high off the ground to climb into but very comfortable. Had to turn up the air as its a window style unit & it took more effort to cool things down but did a decent job.

The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was actually very good. The location of the hotel was about 6 miles from the OKC ... airport and from Bricktown and other downtown areas of interest. I do wish that they would have provided shuttle service to and from the airport.

THIS BEST WESTERN IN OKC WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE GOT ONE OF THE ROOMS WITH A WHIRLPOOL TUB IN THE ROOM FOR A NEW ... YEARS GETAWAY AND HAD A GREAT TIME. THE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WAS GREAT TOO AND THE DINING AREA WAS NOT CROWDED AT ALL AND THERE WAS PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE NEEDING TO STAY IN OKC.
