Quick weekend getaway
Hotel was perfectly placed for us to go to a concert in the area and then go to the OKC memorial downtown the next morning. The price was great and location suited us well.

Comfortable beds
Positive: The beds were comfortable and they had a good continental breakfast. The staff is friendly... Negative: The floors in the lobby on the stairs and in the room were not vacumed regularly... The tiles, toilet and floor in the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning... The toliet had a plug off on the base of it and the odor was disgusting. I had to ask for the toilet and tub to be cleaned.... Instead of the desk getting help for the on again, off again wi-fi, they gave me a tech number to call and I had to be the one to go through the tech instructions to get a signal. It was their signal that was the problem not anything to do with my computer. After that I could get online and conduct my business. Very Very frustrating.

Try the other Baymont on I-40
156 Entering the room the wear path was brown might have been vaccumed but needs cleaned. The sheets seemed to be clean but had a stain. The deoderiser used in the room was clearly in place to cover up the cigarette smoke from previous occupants or custodial staff we also found a lighter under the edge of the bed, Which brings us to the tub there are 4 different cigarette burns on the edge of the tub, and the caulk between the shower wall and the tub needs to be removed along with the mold...

Good Night
I had a good experience. Woman was very nice and friendly at the desk and there was a big spot for me to take the dogs for their potty breaks.

Wasn't that bad...
I have stayed at Baymont Inns before. This was on the bottom inn of a hotel and more like a motel. You can tell that this one was a renovated motel from another chain. But, it was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The location was amazing if you were needing to be somewhere in between the city and Moore/Norman areas.

Good location for the price
We went swimming in the pool. Laid around. The continental breakfast was kind of lame. About the same. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Baymont Inn & Suites-OKC
I would not recommend this hotel if it was the last place to stay. The service was terrible and the rooms weren't even that clean. We had to move rooms 3 times the 1st night we were there due to tv & ac problems then the next night, after being in the heat all day, came back to hotel & found they had no water & were very rude about it. Not a good hotel at all!

Bad news, bad service, bad stay!
I'm a traveling nurse and spent numerous night in hotel/motels. By far this was a bad experience, not horrible. [...]. Hotel staff extremely rude to 4 guest already checked in and to the other 3 guests trying to check in. The room I finally received after an hour was dirty with cigerette ashes and food crumbs, used towels, ice in ice bucket and non vacuumed floors. The staff did try to clean up mess and I was too tired to go anywhere else. The next day, locked out of room because key was not loaded correctly, room wasn't cleaned and come to find out the plug in my clock was plugged to didn't work, nor did the phone that had msgs on.

Traveler beware
The hotel was not clean. There were ashes on the floor, the hallway smelled like urine, there were cigarette burns on the bathtub, and there dead bugs on the carpet. On top of all that the staff was rude! The day manager asked my 8 year old, "why does your mom make you carry everything instead of her getting up off her lazy butt to do it herself." And the A/C didn't work very good. When I complained about the state of the room, I was told too late I already paid through [...]and I was stuck with it. Otherwise we went to the Winchester Drive in theater which is just a couple of miles away. And a little water park that was only $6 per person to get in. OKC is a great family trip, but don't stay at this hotel.

I wasnt super impressed with this hotel. [...] there was nothing around but close highway access. The staff was not rude, but not really friendly. The room reminded me of a motel 6, but wasn't priced accordingly. Also, I dont think the AC worked right.
