Quality and value for one on budget
Having a car, this hotel was convenient to most restaurants, stores and points of interests. This hotel was like being at home. It was clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was modern basic lodging with no frills for a very modest price. To my surprise, I was very pleased to see a kitchenette in every room. But the basic esentials (dishes and cookware) had to be provived by the guest; As well as the soap and bath room tissue after initial check in.

Uncomfortable Stay
The beds were lumpy and I don't think I liked the fact that we only had wash clothes and bath towels. I would have liked hand towels. I also bought tolietpaper because the tolietries edict was unclear if it included toliet paper or not. Definitely not staying at a ValuePlace again.
