While not a new facility it is well equiped with recent upgrades like wireless, good TV's and new AC units. Staff was very friendly and location is an excellent value, in this area, considering cost and features. Breakfast was a little limited but was acceptable. Room and property well maintained with access to the rooms either by outside door or via hall. This is a nice security option if you feel uncomfortable in a strange town. Motel location is in a good part of town with many eating and retail options open to a traveler. Access to freeway excellent.

Basic room....Clean....Just needed a place to sleep while visiting OU. Breakfast selection is poor.....but there are many places nearby to buy a breakfast

We were attending graduation ceremonies at OU and two other family groups stayed at this hotel with us. The hotel was a great value and fairly close to the campus. The rooms were comfortable and clean, except bathroom was a little dingy. In-and-out access was difficult due to street traffic. Lots of restuarants and shopping within walking distance.

person who checked us in was extremely unknowledgeable. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for high speed internet access. Access was out of order for entire weekend & no one on staff cared at all! extremely disappointed.

We stayed here 2 consecutive nights, because of the previous reviews we had read. I normally stay at a La Quinta room. But because of the price differences, and the reviews, we decided to give it a try. After all, if we didn't like it here,we could always go to La Quinta. Only thing we didn't care for was the continental breakfast. It was lacking greatly, but other than that, it was a great stay! I enjoyed the All-American Staff and that included the cleaning staff. I felt welcome by all who we met with and I could understand them and they us. A refreshing experience to say the least! We have pets (2 small dogs) and there is no additianl or built-in charge for them to stay with us. I might add there were no pet odors either in the room we stayed in, like you find at other hotels. Very clean and comfortable beds and room. The hotel is an older hotel, but it is well maintained and may have been upgraded. I would compare this to staying at a well maintained,clean,and nice Comfort Inn with American staff. But even many of them aren't this nice either. The hotel is just right off of I-35 and close to restaurants and shopping. Enjoy your stay, we did.

Very nice hotel, good location, great price, beds, linens nice. I don't spend very much time in the room, but the experience was very good. I would recommend this hotel, especially if your just going to sleep, and catch a quick breakfast provided near the office.
