Not the greatest but ok
Bath towels were dirty, went and bought my own to use. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. Heater worked and we had a snow storm and they kinda cleaned the parking lot.

GREAT GET AWAY
Visited family members in Muskogee,Wagoner. Hotel was only short distant from all we visited.Also drove to Porum & Stigler for enjoyment

Nice Stay for the Money
My stay was good. You can't beat it for the money. Now I had problems with the door locking but some effort it would (just had to slam the hell out of it). My coffee pot was inop this time. I usually stay there when I'm in Muskogee visiting relatives because the rooms are good/clean enough to spend a night in. If you're just looking for a place to crash and not live lavish I recommend this place. I stay there all the time and this time was the worst its been but hopefully not a sign to come for future visits.

My eperience would rate as average. Nothing unusual - no fitted bottom sheet on the beds just loose sheets - which do not stay in place - The bathtub would fill with water during a shower. It needed better drainage. Overall the stay was comfortable.

The Golden Corral Buffet restaurant was a close place for family dining. The prices were reasonable and the food was excellent.

Good value for your money
Americas Best Value Inn in Muskogee, Oklahoma provided a spacious and clean non-smoking room complete with mini-fridge, microwave, cable t.v., hairdryer, clock radio, sofa, coffee table, and large kingsize bed. Missing coffee service, but for the price, there's really no complaints on those issues. The complimentary breakfast was rather disappointing since only coffee, hot chocolate, small muffins and packaged danish rolls were offered ... no fruit juice, fruit, cereal, toast, etc. were available. The location was a frontage road right off Highway 69 and you could hear traffic but it wasn't enough to disturb your sleep. Parking was right in front of the door of the room, which had an outside entrance vs. interior hallway access. The front lobby and adjacent dining area was rather sparse and plain, painted bright white with harsh flourescent lighting ... not very inviting when I arrived late at night; it could use some updating and nicer decor and more comfortable furnishings. Also, although the room was well kept and nicely appointed, the carpet was wrinkled and folded over ... very poor installation job; it needed to be stretched correctly. Bottom line: decent value for the price, which I think was the lowest in the entire area.
