Very nice, clean, pleasant hotel!
First time in this hotel. Was up for event at Tinker AFB with son. Had very clean and pleasant room, amenities very nice. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Especially liked that the bed and coverlet were clean and washed well. With my allergies can tell if things are not clean! No evidence of any mold or dirt in bathroom either.

Great hotel, great location
The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. It is centrally located which was perfect if you have locations all round town to attend. Only complaint was the pool was very chlorinated. Burned our eyes just to be in the room. Everything else..exellent!!

Pleasurable
My husband and I, along with another couple, booked 2 rooms at a very reasonable price. We were pleasantly impressed with the decor, cleanlines, and atmosphere of the lobby when we checked-in, and our rooms were no less impressive. It was very easy to connect our laptop to the internet, which is privotal to exploring and navigating a new city without wasting time and gas. Also, the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. We were able to relax and unwind before we went to dinner and the concert. The only thing I wish we could've changed was the pool hours--it would've been nice to take a morning swim before breakfast. :)

Jamaica Joe's is a nice pool hall/bar that is not too far from the hotel. The people there are friendly and there were plently of open tables when we went at 10 p.m. They allow smoking inside the building, which was a downside to us since we don't smoke, but it could be an upside if you are a smoker.

A good time.
Hotel was clean and reasaonably quiet. There were several children on our floor but they were not overly noisy, just being kids. Breakfast was Hampton's usual - good. Baggage carts were readily available for check-in - a real plus.

Christmas Eve
After checking in found that the pool area was closed for repairs for the duration of the holiday weekend. Upon complaining at the desk they appologized and found a nearby hotel with a functional pool and allowed me to cancel my reservation and go to the other hotel. Staff were extremely appologetic and helpful. However, knowledge of the pool being out of service in advance would have been very helpful.
