A good value.
The inside of this hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The beds were less than stellar but the room overall was clean and the shower has good water pressure (a must for me). Somebody needs to tell them that employees taking their smoke breaks outside the front entrance doesnt really give the greatest impression. Also, I decided to add another night with them when I arrived and they screwed up my entire reservation and ended up charging me for a night I booked through an online travel company. They did apologize and are working to fix it but the damage is done. The location is great being directly off the interstate and very close to the local area casinos. Overall, its not bad but they need to raise their game a little.

Very clean
The hotel was very clean and modern. The facilities were excellent with an exercise room and a good size indoor pool. The breakfast was excellent too for being included in the price. Hotel management was pleasant and helpful. I recommend the hotel if you have to stay in Miami OK.

Excellent hotel
The hotel is really nice. The hotel doesn't have dining facilities attached, but the breakfast is great! The only bad thing was that the ice and snow were not cleared from the walkways and parking lot in a timely manner.

Very clean, good service!
The hotel was very clean and crisp looking. Our room was spotless, with all the amenities one needs for a weekend trip. The front counter staff was quick and efficient. The advertisied "full" breakfast was not as full as other places (i.e., no eggs, breakfast meats pancakes/waffles), but enough items to accomodate an overnight traveler. The halls were a little noisy at times, but there were a bunch of bikers staying there for a race that weekend I think. A bit picey for a small town like this, but with the casinos in town I bet all places are the same. We just needed a place to stay for the night due to a event in a nearby town, so we didn't need much. Otherwise, very nice facility for a small town.

very comfortable and clean
The Holiday Inn Express in Miami, Oklahoma is a brand new hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay there again and recommend that others stay there.
