Very Disappointed
Hotel is not kid friendly. Bath tub was not clean, and drain did not work properly, so we were unable to give the kids a proper bath. In the morning we spoted bed bugs in the kids bed. Kids really wanted to swim in the pool - we arrived late the night we checked in and the next morning we had to leave by noon. Pool hours were 1pm-8pm so we were never able to swim even though we requested an accommodation with the front desk. Front desk personnel did not appear to enjoy their jobs. Complimentary breakfast was very basic, no hot food at all. Way too much money for what we received. Not a good value - spend a few more bucks and go to a better hotel!
