The experience was good, not great! Front desk help was not very friendly. As far as the hotel goes, I'm sure it was nice at one time but looked to have been treated with no TLC. The trim along the walls in the hallways was off and the carpet in the hallway was dirty. The room itself was pretty clean.

It was an okay trip
We went to El Reno to visit a family member in Hinton,Oklahoma for 5 days. I like the hotel,what i thought was nice was I had slept with my cell phone and forgot to grab it when leaving to visit. I was afraid it wasn't goin to be there when i got back. So we got back from visiting and our room was super clean and my phone was sitting on the nightstand. All I know is if I was staying elsewhere my phone would be gone.
