Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites EDMOND

Checkin was fast and simple. I like the location immediately off the freeway in Edmond. Room was clean and comfortable, however simple and unspectacular. Cable selection was good, but older tv sets. Got a good deal on orbitz, so overall it worked out well for a holiday inn.

It is always so nice to come here. We usually stay here when we come to visit my daughter, son-in-law & grandbaby. Everyone is so nice. The breakfast and all is GREAT. All should try you out and they will be spoiled. Thanks so much, Mary Brown

The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was clean & adaquate for our needs. The continental breakfast was more than you would expect and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The only issues I had with this hotel was the location; it is close to I-35, but as far as in town, no. There was no refridgerator in our room (so bringing back leftovers from dinners out was a no-go), the elevator is slow as molassas and our room keys kept deactivating so we had to keep running back down to the lobby to get new ones. But overall, a nice stay.

Had a very nice stay except that a group of children would have races up and down the hall and talk extremely loud. The one night I was there without the group, it was a very quiet and peaceful night.

We enjoyed the stay and was accomadated appropriately.

Was great execpt forthe hard bed was stiff when we got up.

Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to cancel the second night. Therefore, no refund. From now on, I will be sure that I can cancel the reservation, so will NOT be using Orbitz. Had I made reservations directly through the hotel for only $7 more, I could have cancelled without penalty.

Enjoyed almost everything about it, particularly convenient location and cleanliness, but was disappointed with the pool, lack of hot tube, and no mini fridge.

We were in town for OSU Graduation, and the hotel was very convenient, clean, and new. It was a little loud late into the night, but that was just b/c people were celebrating graduation. It was close to everything we needed and that mattered most of all.

We came because of graduation. Most all hotels were full. Our Holdiday Inn express was having up dating done in the halls. When we arrived we noticed we were right by the elevator on 2nd floor. and later at night, we could hear people above and below and the noise from the elevator runnig up and down. It needed service. Also the air conditioner kept coming on and blowing so hard it was waking us up. We finally turned it off. Then just at daybreak we were again awakend by barking dogs, they never stopped barking. They were next door at a veterinairy. We had almost no sleep, we even had ear plugs. There is almost nothing I can say about our stay that was enjoyable, except we had coffee and rolls that were good. I would not reccomend this hotel.
