Pretty good
Stayed here for my best friends wedding. Everything was really nice. Only complaint; 3 roaches in the bathroom... Nothing a shoe didn't take care of :) Other than that it was a nice hotel surrounded by beautiful cotton fields.

It was nice
I like it a little cool in my room when I sleep. I have been sick with bronchitis and I cough when Iget hot. The room was kind of stuffy even though I had the thermostat set at 65 it was warm in there and I did notsleep well. The air would not come on even when I turned down the thermostat.

Stolen Jewlery
The young man that check me in was very delightful and fulfilled my request for a ground floor room. As soon as we got into our room around I set up the baby's playpen and discovered the carpet by the window to be soaking wet. I called to report this and they said they would have maintenance check it the next day. We left the motel room the next morning around 9:30 am and returned to the room around 10:30 pm. When we returned to the room there was a message that the maintenance man had been there to check on the carpet. The next morning I got up and showered and went to my suitcase to get dressed and found that my leather jewlery case that was in the bottom of my suitcase was GONE. Guess what??? the housekeeper called in sick that morning. I filed a police report but will probably never see my jewlery again $300 - $400. The hotel staff said they were sorry but that was all.

Nice Hotel
The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. It is a newer establishment and has an applebees next door to accomodate meal needs as well as a breakfast onsite. It is a little farther out of town than I would have liked but the view(get a room on the third/top floor) of the plains made up for the additional couple of minutes in the car. Staff was very accomodating. The pool area was nice and indoors however the outdoor area off the pool was not well thought out as the wonderful view was wasted on an ill placed garbage garage that smelled badly and prevented guests from enjoying the landscape while sunbathing. The room had beautiful flat screened tvs with a great assortment of additioanl services to keep kids and adults busy. Overall great stay!
