Super 8 Youngstown/Austintown

The room was average, but what can you expect for the price (???)... The bed served its purpose, but the pillows needed to be replaced. And, I would suggest asking for a room not facing the interstate, it was quite noisy at times and the drapes didnt keep the room quite dark enough. The price however does offset the minor inconvieniences.

We decided to stay at this hotel because it was close to the highway and only 7 miles from Covelli Centre. During our stay we encountered our room having bed BUGS!! Yes bed bugs. My husband woke up at 630 am with one crawling on his skin and we found 2 others in our bed. I kept one of the them and immediately took it to the front desk. The manager was not there and the lady at the front desk seemed like it was no big deal. I demanded to have a refund. She advised me they couldn't do it[...]. She said she would have the manager contact me. On our way home Saturday, the manager called me. He was very rude and kept saying that we had to bring the bed bugs with us because he was in our room and there were no more to be found. He said it wasn't like it was infested. I was very upset that he accused me of this. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay here again.

If you are a trucker who carries a weapon and enjoy staying next to a sex superstore with "services", this is the place for you. Seeing a sign at the front door with no weapons allowed also made me nervous with a family. The pillow were flat and I was nervous touching anything. The bed was well broken in and it was hard not to roll right off. I definitely would not recomend even pulling into the parking lot.

Easy acess to I-80, but you pass a truck plaza which you can hear in your room and you pass two sex palaces across the street from the hotel, just glad I did not have a child with me. With the flesh pots next door I wonder if the rooms are used for a quick service and how clean the bedding really is. Bed and bathroom were fairly clean but carpet looked dirty and worn. Hallways looked dirty and lobby area was not very inviting. Shower drains poorly and you stand in water while taking a shower. The free breakfast was a joke with little selection and should just be done away with.

Did a lot of visiting family! The wireless internet had such a low signal I had trouble with my internet. An elevator would have been nice they putuson the 3rd floor and my arthritis doesn't like stairs that much.

I was there for 4 days to attend a class reunion. And even though there were many truckers parked nearby and the hotel is within about 200 yds of the interstate it was quiet in the room and no bothersome noise at night so sleeping was peaceful. I thought the stay was well worth the $$'s spent. I would recomend Super 8 to anyone and will probably stay there again the next time I'm in town

Management seemed good but windows on ground level room did not lock securely. Location convenient to toll-way and large truck wash. Area probably more appealing for truckers than families. However, they allowed pets for reasonable $10 fee.

Close to adult entertainment. rooms were clean and comfortable.
