Everything is good except inside sleeper sofa. When my son opened the sleeper sofa, there was a fitted sheet with food crumbs. House keeper needs attention to clean those.

everyone was nice. Food was great. Didn't use any amenities. Would stay there again and recommend any country inn & suites to co- workers, friends and family.

They could do better
Nice location, nice lobby. Side entrance door would not work with key. Reported it to desk. He said he would look into it. I needed to use that door about 8 times during my stay. It never got fixed. I had to walk around the front to enter. No in room movies available. TV was older type...and not very good picture. It was Sunday morning and they said no newspapers were available on Sundays. I told the desk again about the side door..no response. There were 5 trash bags full of trash (clear bags) blocking near the side door...they were there all night inside the doorway. 5-6 hours at least. The breakfast bar was very good and the girl was very helpful. For $117 it was not worth the price with all the other hotel choices that were less expensive.

Clean, safe, quality place to stay
It was very clean, with a great continental breakfast and coffee. Our room was surprisingly spacious and we got it at an affordable price. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Salsitas Mexican Restaurant was very good. We had a wonderful server, a woman from Guanajuato; be kind to her and tip her well! She will take good care of you.

Great Value, Great Service
We were visiting the area to attend a birthday party for an old friend. The hotel was easy to find and centrally located to the events. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and worked well for our family. The breakfast was good, too. The pool was clean and the water was warm!

OK except for the hot water
I went with a co-worker for a 4 day business trip and on Wed and Thu morning the water coming out of the shower was cold. The receptionist said they knew they had the problem when many quests took showers at the same time. She indicated that miantenenace checked it all out and the heaters work fine. Bottom line is that I will never go to a Country Inn & Suites again. What's the sense of having a hotel and not have a heater with the capacity to provide hot water at peak periods - in the morning. It was comfortable
The hotel experience was largely acceptable. The only negative was a window that did not seal. A large storm came thru the area and the window seal was full of water. The window had tape on it, so it was obvious that they tried to put a band-aid on it before, and it did not work. For over $100 per night, I should be able to keep the outside weather outside.
