Residential-style Cleveland hotel is all suites, all the time
TownPlace Suites Cleveland Westlake is west of Cleveland, close to Lake Erie and an interstate highway. This smoke-free property offers residential-style living in an all-suites setting. Suites have full kitchens. Some of the hotel's free amenities include parking, high-speed Internet access, and an outdoor pool. Pets are welcome.

Comfortable
We stayed here for three nights in a studio. The room was great and we easily made do with the little kitchen. The staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. The only real problem we had was that the internet was very slow one of the nights, and it seemed strange that you couldn't really watch TV from the bed. Other than that, it was perfect and I would gladly stay there again.

Westlake Annually
Good Value, Location worked great for us
The room was comfortable and clean. Kitchen stuff handy to have. Reasonably quiet, just a little tv noise from the next room. Little fitness room is a bonus. In a perfect world, the mattress would be firmer, but we have stayed here twice and been pleased with the value overall.

EXCELLENCE!!
Our stay was enjoyable. The service was excellent, and all the people were friendldy and helpful. It was very quiet which made it easy to sleep.

Quiet, clean, but no three star
Location: excellent, off Columbia Road and I-90. Comparability: to the Mariott Residence Inn off Crocker Road, this is more accessable to the city. Last time I was at the Mariott Residence, the services for cable and the hot water heater were extremely disruptive. Breakfast: The Orbitz customer service rep informed me that the breakfast was a full hot/cold buffet served in the Mariott Courtyard, the building directly in front of the Town Center. They are sadly mistaken and in error, and I found it hard to believe that when they told me. The 'breakfast buffet' is a 'grab and go' yogurt, bagel, muffin, or juice from a 30 inch counter, watery coffee, and no 'take with' bags or containers are provided. I found the room to be clean, room generaly comfortable, air conditioner was VERY NOISY, but this is quieter than the Courtyard, directly in front. I still cannot understand why Mariott cannot get the pricing right. These hotels offer no more than the other two star chains, and have really 'dumbed down' what amenities are still available.

Great Place to Stay
The Hotel was great, Staff was super friendly and the place is super clean. The location is very good, in betwen Cleveland and Sandusky. Breakfast was good, but the best part is that the room is super quiet and the bed are really really comfortable perfect for a good nights sleep after a long drive. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pleanty of dining options near the hotel but if you go down one more exit on the highway (west bound) there are a ton of dining options (cheap to expensive)

Satisfactory Accomodations
The continental breakfast was not what I expected. Just packaged food to take up to the room. The front desk was often unstaffed. It took over 24 hours to get foam pillows since I was allergic to the down pillows provided. The bedding was very thin and the bed skirt was torn.
