The Loacation was perfect. Close to the freeway and easy to spot day or night. The staff were very personable and friendly. They assisted me in directions, locations, and restruants for a large family get together. The room was large and comfortable. They even accepted pets, although; I didn't bring mine. But, now that I know that they do, I am sure to bring mind next time. Most important - the rates were the very best in the Cleaveland area. I doubt you could find better on a moments notice. You can bet that, " I'LL BE BACK!"

Sufficient, but by no means amazing
The hotel was fine, it just wasn't anything spectacular. It was technically clean and neat, yet still somehow felt as though there was much room for improvement.

Good for short stay
not the snazziest place, but is a great value. Easy to access but not overly busy. Shopping just in walking distance. Great place for in-between stop.

There was a technical issue that was quickly and adequately corrected. Staff was very good as usual, but should be commended since they had to work during this holiday.

This is perfect for people who just want a room to sleep in. The staff was nice and helpful when asked. This my third time staying here and I recommended it.

Concerned Traveler
Never again!!!
When I arrived the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I was checked into my room in no time at all, and then the issues began. The room was dirty, and I mean horribly so! There was still hair in the shower/tub from whomever used it last. The sheets weren't clean, and the there were smudges on the table next to the bed. Overall- I will NEVER again stay at this Red Room Inn, or any other one for that matter, during any future trip again!
