Place was clean, easy to locate right next to the park. Had honey buns and frosted flakes for breakfast. Stayed for 4 nights and no loud noises and the maid was respectful of the room. Only downside is THE INTERNET DID NOT WORK. So don't rely on it.

What you'd expect and yet worse?
The typical cheap motel, you know what to expect: not very clean, no shampoo, outdated informational material, sketchy light fixtures/outlets. I'm fine with it though, you get what you pay for. However, when a place says it has WiFi, it should actually work. There was not a single time of day that I could get online.

Not bad for the price!
This motel is fine if you are just looking for a cheap, clean and safe place to stay. I would not go here if I had kids. No pool or fitness center. Or restaurant or lounge. Staff were friendly and I did not have any problems.

Kings Inn
A nightmare! Dirty rooms. [...] Smelly bed spread. No shampoo. Matress which moved back and forth when you breathed. No pool (false advertising).

Very nice for the price
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Pool is under construction I think or they are taking it out. Not all the luxuries of a 5 star but would stay there again.

Just ordinary
Night staff is rather uncommunicative; reception door triggers annoying alarm when opened. The room has only one free electricity plug, far away from the bed, which makes plugging in electronic appliances rather inconvenient. I've not heard the train yet, but there is a rail track just a block away, and previous occupants have complained about train noise at 4 a.m.

Over Knighter
A Good Knight's Rest
The experience was fairly good. Though the pool is under reconstruction, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, this is a good deal. The price is good, and the quality for the price is fairly high. If you aren't looking for the extras--just a place to sleep at night--save $10 to $20 dollars by going here.

Nice Motel
The Knights INN in Springfield,Ohio was a nice place to stay. Very affordable rates and good service. No restaurant but several are available nearby. The room was clean and everything worked. Pool is available. Easy access from I-70. Park nearby for children to play.
