Very Nice!
We were atending a meeting and banquet at the hotel and found the food to be excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Would have liked to have a refridgerator/micro wave in the room, but that was ok. The staff was very nice and helpful when I needed directions. Would definately go back!

Hotel Stay
Although the hotel was in downtown Springfield,OH, it is unfortunately that the downtown area, which has great architectural character, is basically empty. Shopping has moved to the suburbs. Most locals did not have an explanation for the flight.

The hotel chef was excellent in accommodating my daughters vegan diet. We were all pleasantly surprised with the fine quality of the hotels restaurant and bar. Reviews which discussed unpleasant train noise were wrong. The trains do not blow their horns any longer nor do they run at late hours.

Nice place to stay
I stayed four nights while doing some work and visiting some old friends. The staff was very helpful and the facilities were great. Highly recommended.

Short walk from hotel
The city hall is just across the street and the Christmas lights were spectacular. The courtyard around the city hall is nicely landscaped and provides a wonderful place to walk.

I think the good, the bad, and the ugly
The location was great. Rooms were nice. The wireless internet was bad. There was no microwave. The resturant was very bad on service and the food was cold and appetizing. I just wanted to get out of there.

Very nice rooms
I was pleased with the hotel itself, but was rather upset that all streets coming into the hotel were closed due to a car race on the city streets. I am from Springfield originally, but had a very hard time finding a way into the hotel due to baracades. When I went in to check in after we moved a baracade to get in the main entrance, I was told there was an entrance off of another street. No signs indicating that. We were frazzled by the time we got to the room. Someone not familiar with the area would have a hard time entering the establishment. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
