Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Sharonville

Clean. comfortable. Close to interstate and food. The bathroom was totally new with good handicapped railings.

Our experience was terrible, was told free breakfast there was none. Asked for extra pillows and blankets, none

[...] - we had no room at the Livinn Motel-we were told we were not in their system - ended up at Red Roof Inn - crumy room - frig didn't work - no breakfast - the guy at the front desk was very nice - went to the Livinn Motel to see where we should have been - so much nicer - oh well, can't change it-there were no rooms available at the Livinn - we were out of luck.

It's not the Waldorf folks, but it was nice for a quick sleepover and moving on. Had no issues.

The hotel staff was friendly and neighborhood appears decent. The rooms however need updating very badly and are not very clean. Everything in the room smelled like smoke and there are ashtrays in the room. I did not see if they offered smoking/non-smoking rooms.

Had Little interaction with staff,room was clean but tv went out a few times.

Staff was very nice and professional. Our room was clean but could use new carpet and some Clorex in the corners.

EVERYTHING STARTED OUT JUST FINE UNTIL MY HUSBAND WOKE ME UP ABOUT 2:00AM IN THE MORNING. MY HUSBAND HAD BITES ALL OVER HIM B/C THE BED WAS COVERED WITH BEDBUGS. I HAVE MULTIPLE BITES AS WELL. I CALL THE FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN & WAS TOLD THEY WILL GIVE MY MONEY BACK. OF COURSE WHEN MY HUSBAND & I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK, I WAS TOLD "BECAUSE I BOOKED THUR ORBITZ, THEY COULD NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK". I'M VERY UPSET AT THIS MOMENT. I SHOW THE FRONT DESK MY HUSBANDS BITE MARKS & THE DIGITAL PHOTOS THAT WE TOOK OF THE BEDBUGS IN OUR HOTEL ROOM AND MY HUSBANDS BITES.(I ALSO HAVE PICTURES OF MINES AS WELL). THEY GUY AT THE FRONT DESK DIDN'T WANT TO GO TO THE ROOM TO SEE THEM FIRST HAND. I TRY CALLING ORBITZ TO GET MY MONEY BACK, BUT THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN PER [...] AT ORBITZ. OF COURSE I ASK [...] TO NOTE THAT I CALL AND TOLD HER OF MY SITUATION. NO ONE FROM ORBITZ CALL ME AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK. THIS DO NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. I HAD TO THROW OUT OUR GYM SHOES, A RADIO/CD PLAYER. A $50 NIGHTGOWN & CLOTHES AS WELL B/C WE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE ANY THING HOME WITH US. NOW I'M IN THE PROCESS OF A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS HOTEL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A HOTEL AGAIN. I'M SCARED TO DEATH. MY HUSBAND & I ARE VERY IRRATED AND TIRED OF SCRATCHING AND SWOLLEN UP FROM THE BEDBUGS BITES. THE BEST BET, IF YOUR GOING TO STAY AT A HOTEL YOU LOOK BETTER BOOKING IT FROM THE HOTEL YOU PLAN ON STAYING WITH B/C THE 2ND PARTY THING (SUCH AS ORBITZ) TAKES YOU AROUND THE RUNNING AROUND TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS OCCUR.
