Disgusting - We refused to stay!
After walking into the hotel room it was apparent that the room was filthy. There was someones dirty laundry on the floor, the bed was not made, there were hairs all over the bathroom, gum in the carpet, and the kitchen sink was dripping constantly. We were disgusted and left immediately. We ended up renting a room at another hotel down the street. I will NEVER go back to this place! EVER!

Don't stay here
Noisy, run down, shady
The parking lot was very trashy (people and actual litter). The rooms were small and dark. The bed was horrible, it bowed in the middle. The hotel is next to an extremely loud club. The walls are very thin. We ended up leaving and requesting our money back. This was because of the loud and rude people above us. We asked the front desk to quiet them down at 12:00am, but that only made it worse. We were told we could get our money back (we were only there for a couple of hours) however, we have still not received a refund.

Not that great!
Key card did not work! Walked back to front desk and got a new key card...it didn't work.Walked back to front desk and desk clerk came to room and key card did not work and she change out the lock.All while my wife was waiting with our bags at the room door for over 30 minutes. No safety latch on door!Cable TV didn't always work correctly.Very Loud "Night Club" next door,will never stay here again!

we enjoyed our stay. Will stay at again. The electric went out for hours. they need a backup electric unit of some kind. Maybe would have used a pool. Easy assess to shopping and eating. Staff were ready to help us, as they had no handicap units available due to flood. Everything worked out fine. Our recliner was gets a little shaky.

Horrible Room
I had requested a non-smoking room. The room did not have any ash trays but people had been smoking in the room. The carpet and bedding had cigarette burn holes and the room smelled awful.There is no internet connection and no wall outlet next to the small table they provide for a work area. No way you can do any work from this room, the noise and lack of features make it impossible.If you are a TV person, you would have pulled your hair out, the TV did not work at all.This was the worst room I have stayed in when booking with [...]. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
