Continental breakfast served 7am - 10am includes coffee, tea, juice, muffins, danish and toast. Several restaurants are within walking distance. If you're only going to sleep...

If I am honest the hotel was kind of dirty. I asked for a non-smoking room and the first thing that hit my like a ton of bricks when I walked into my room was the overwhelming smell of smoke It wasn't horrible, but I probably would stay again. It was overpriced for what you get

disgusting!

Non smoking,Hah! The room smelled like they had over done the spraying of the chemical deodorizer,we couldn't breath, and there were ashtrays and matches in the rooms, so... The pool was small like a fountain or something, Iv'e seen bigger bath tubs, and full of bugs. I would have skimmed it myself so the kids could swim because we were so hot, but no skimmer. Also I did not feel safe as the doors did not have sufficient locking mechanisms. Changing rooms did not help, they are all the same. YUCK! When we checked out 2 hours later the manager was not shocked, in fact he acted pretty stoic, as if this happens all the time.

Unbeatable location for the price

The hotel was in an excellent location to Cedar Point and Soak City. Room was an efficiency so had a microwave and nice size refrigerator. I upgraded when arrived at the hotel and found it had been a smoking room which stunk.

do not stay here

worst trip of my life hotel wise.everything else was great.i visit the area often.needs a better breakfast and management was rude.

I would stay again

This was a perfect spot to hit up putt in bay and cedar point for a weekend getaway. The price was good and the rooms were clean. I would stay again when I go to cedar point.

Right place, Right price

Great place to stay! The price was unbeatable and it was very close to the Cedar Point entrance. There were a few pizza places close by and a Mexican place in front of the hotel. Not a five star hotel, but all that you need for a trip to Cedar Point. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location.

Ok for just sleeping

There is no Coffee maker or Heir dryer in the room. Breakfast is so simple. But it is Ok for just sleeping. Towel and bed is clean enough. If you are expecting $100 class hotel, I do not recommend. If you are looking an economy hotel which is for just sleep close to Ceder point, I will recommend.

My review of Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Cedar Point South

If your looking for something close to cedar point and close to town as well its very good. There was a haunted house directly be hind the hotel which is a slight both during the halloween time but other than that it a good place to be. the was a mall juss down the road and it was only 4 min away from cedar point. which made it very nice on the dive back from the park. there is a couple side road to even avoid the heavy traffic. which was also nice because taking those side road home from the park dropped us off right in front of the hotel.
