Clean place, nice staff
I cant really comment on the amenities because the fitness center and other such areas were "under construction". That was just bad timing, not the hotel's fault. I commend them for actually trying to update. The hotel itself was a slight bit outdated and in need of a facelift, which is exactly what they were in the process of doing. Kudos to the hotel. It was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Good value for the price.

The hotel is in NORTH Olmstead. The same street (Country Club Blvd) also exists in Olmstead which is about 20 minutes away. If using a GPS, don't do what I did.Make sure you put in the "NORTH".

Old hotel
The furniture in the room was awful and the bathroom needed a good cleaning. The remotes did not work. The restaurant was just ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great trip!
The front desk was VERY accommodating! I had to switch my room and they did it with no problem! Very polite every time I left or entered! When I had a situation with a man hassling me outside, the lady at the front desk got right on top of having someone go out there! The hotel was VERY quiet! I was actually very surprised with how quiet! I even had a family with kids by me and never heard a thing unless they were in the hallway! Great views! The only problem really was the cleaning staff never came one of the days and the other she didn't come until 3pm. This hotel made my trip very pleasant! I only wish they had complimentary breakfast!

Great dollar value for the quality of the hotel!
The hotel was very nice, and the price was super. There was also a shuttle to pick us up from the airport when we came in during the evening, however there was not a shuttle available for our early 6 a.m., flight in the morning, had to take a cab, which the hotel ordered and they were there on time. Room was great, although the hot water was not hot, only slightly warm. Other than that, a great bargain.

Average Stay Hotel
Overall, it seemed like a fairly average hotel. The pool was a bit small, but with a hot tub and pool there isn't much to complain about. The restaurant seemed nice, though I didn't try the food. Parking was easy, as was check in and check out.

Take a short drive to the nearby RTA train station and take the train in to Tower City, where you are near by many clubs and downtown bars.

Radisson Hotel -----NO CABLE......ever!
Something MAJOR was missing that would have made my stay more enjoyable.....try CABLE TV!!!! I was shocked to find no cable at a $90 hotel room. Buyer beware, if in doubt call the hotel directly first to see if they carry your favorite channel. All I watch is HGTV, and you won't find it, or your other favorite channels, at the Radisson hotels. I'll never book there again. Other than that, the hotel, room and service was above par. I was upgraded to a suite after a few mishaps with the key cards, and a safety issue with an accessible window not locking. Check your windows when you check in, all were unlocked and accessible from the outside. Also, a $15 margarita?? Killing me!
