We arrived at the hotel to an empty parking lot. The hotel looked old. When I walked into the lobby and could see into the pool area and swa an empty pool I was upset. My kids were so excited to swim. I was able to cancel our reservation at no
charge. We ended up staying at the Comfort Inn splash harbor in Belleville.
We had a blast. The pool is awesome.
We visited family at Kenyon and found the Comfort Inn close to the college, it allowed us to see a little more of the area than only the campus. The drive there was very short and we even found a short cut back so we didn't have to go all around
Mt.Vernon on the one way roads. We had a good visit.

This hotel was adequate (clean appearing, etc) but certainly nothing to write home about and it was difficult to find. I'd stay there again if I had to but I'd try other area hotels first if they were available and not a significantly more money.
