Rude
Staff was rude, matenance man barged into my room 2 seconds after knocking, wouldnt recoend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Good to attendee I-X Center
Was excellent for me near of I-X Center, good breakfast, very clean rooms, I look all times excercise room at hotels and here it was excellent, clean and enough room space. Was excellent for me that was my first time in Cleveland.
