Cleveland airport hotel with convenient location and amenities

Good Business Hotel
This Courtyard is a comfortable, well located hotel ideal for business travelers. It doesn't have many amenities, but the rooms are comfortable and the the location is near the airport. The free shuttle is a strong plus.

Currently remodeling
This is a good hotel that is currently remodeling. The registration office is actually in a room. This was a business trip for me and I did not have time to enjoy any of the amenities. I did see the pool and hot tub and they were being used by other guests and appeared clean. There are several fine dining establishments within a short drive away and the staff even has a long list of nearby restaurants available for you. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and always greeted me with a smile.

Renovation
Hotel undergoing major renovation. Would have been nice to know. Breakfast served in number of rooms surrounding a makeshift reception room. Hotel entrance through small side door. Pass on this hotel until renovation is complete.

They were remodeling the reception area but didn't miss a beat. The rooms were clean and that's important. All the essentials were there.

The staff, from the front desk to engineering to housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. Otherwise, this met my expectations for a Courtyard perfectly -- clean, everything worked, and no surprises. It's functional rather than exciting, and for this trip that was just fine.

A place to sleep at night
I stayed with three others on business for two nights. The staff is reluctant to do anything outside of check you in and out. It's a clean and quiet hotel about 10 minutes from NASA Glenn, and cheap places to eat like Friendly's and Arby's. I would NOT recommend this hotel for those traveling for pleasure/vacation - you won't feel pampered and there's not much to do.
