Other than the shuttle driver gettign annoyed at how many calls he had to accomodate, the staff was super sweet. I wish I would have known that there was a free shuttle to begin with, however. I spent $12 on a cab for what could have been free. Breakfast was over all pretty fulfilling. I'd definately return

Overall VERY PLEASED with the Hotel
The room was close to the Hopkins airport, clean and had free hot breakfast and free shuttle to the airport if I needed it. Good location has dining and shops real close and the front desk staff was awesome! I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

a horrible experience
They deserve to go out of business, in the words of a 10 year old boy. If you do stay in this unclean place, be leery of the rude staff of outright thieves. Seriously do not leave anything of value in the room, anything you want to see again. No one would believe the ordeal we went through as I can hardly believe it myself. "was there something missing that would have made your stay more enjoyable"? Totally. My things and common courtesy from everyone I came in contact here.

Off to Canada
Headed to Canada
The hotel staff is very nice, but the decor is very dated. It looks very 70's. The room had the noisey air conditioner. The TV was the traditional TV. but needed to get some rest before we left for Canada so it was OK.

Superb courtesy
Was very pleased with the shuttle service and the office staff but the bathroom needed a good scrubbing and the pool was a bit slimey Was somewhat disapointed with the cleaning staff as they didn't make an adequate effort in straightening the beds as could be expected, as they are focusing more on cutting back on laundry washes to conserve water and other environmental impacts, which I can at least applaud the intent. We were there for an international business convention.

Hotel was reasonably close to several dining facilities, one of which offered hotel patrons a 15 percent discount, another offered a 10 percent discount. Those things really do make a difference.

What A Great Experience!
A wonderful experience! I worried that it would be noisy because of being at the airport, but it was very quiet. The room was extremely comfortable. We even lost some of our chargers in the parking lot, and when we called to inquire about them, they shipped them to us Fedex (at our expense). I was so pleased to get them back.

Nice CLE Option
Nice clean hotel. Breakfast didn't have the most options but was ok. Decent restaurants within walking distance. Good location for late night or early morning CLE arrivals or departures.

Very Pleased!
The Middleburg Heights Comfort Inn was chosen for it's proximity to the airport. We were first impressed with the considerate and helpful check-in staff. Our room was extremely clean, well kept and very quiet. The complementary breakfast was well stocked and attended. We will definitely stay there again.
