It was a nice hotel for the price. The TV only got a few channels and is probably ready for an upgrade. The bed is a little hard, but other than that it was a nice room.

Major let-down
I checked into my room earlier in the afternoon and was not overly thrilled with the cleanliness, the lack of a refrigerator and hair dryer. When I went back to my room late that night, I could not get over the feeling that there was a faint urine smell in the air. When I pulled back the bed spread on one of the beds, there was a stain on the blanket that matched the stain on the underside of the spread. I am not convinced that the room was cleaned beyond the making of the beds and the sticker that was put on the toilet paper roll. Even one of the hand towels looked like it might have been used. I stayed because I did not feel like arguing with staff in the middle of the night, but I could not sleep and left at 8 a.m.

Red Roof--close, convenient and clean.
I was there to visit family. The one improvement I would suggest is a really comfortable chair to relax and read in The room and bath were spotless and well suppied with towels. The air conditioner worked very and the room was soon cool and comfortable(it was 92) outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the nicest things was their lack of rush--time to answer questions, patience explaining the room arrangement and location, and true friendliness.

Close to mall, fast food, Bob Evans is next door and Perkins is across the street. Gas stations on the corner. Close to the expressway(75) and (675). Plenty of shopping in the area of all kinds.

Stop! Donot pass go! this is Unclean!!!!
Very disapointing, we paid mone for a filthy room and unfornately, because it was late evening/1:00 am we assumed everything was fine. I will not recommend this location.

Really enjoyed my stay
I stay here with my boyfriend when we just want to get away. A short drive from the Dayton mall. Off the highway. Gas stations right down the street. Bob Evans is right next too it. Walk right to it. Staff opened the doors late at night cause we needed a fork. Very friendly. Quick & easy check in. Room was very nice. Only thing I'd suggest is they have no blow dryer. & only a tiny thing of shampoo. Other than that. Great stay.

SOMEWHAT DISSATISFIED
1ST ROOM, SOMEONE HAD THROWN-UP IN THE TOLIET AND THE OUT SIDE OF THE TOLIET BOWL WAS'NT CLEANED. THE SECOND ROOM YOU HAD TO HOLD THE LEVER DOWN UNTIL THE TOLIET FLUSHED, WE HAD CHANGED ROOMS ONCE, BEING TIRED THE INCONVIENCE OF THE TOLIET DIDN'T BOTHER US.

Great location
Located across interstate from Dayton Mall and dining. Rooms have microwaves and small refrigerators. Great for family travel and late evening snacks. Rooms well cleaned. No breakfast but Bob Evans and other resturants within walking distance. Daily USA Today newspaper provided.
