Very comfortable with fantastic staff
My visit was due to a sick family member so my time was spent with that. The hotel was a great and very comfortable refuge for me. My room was quite comfortable with a very good layout. I ordered room service twice and the meals were delivered before the expected time. The food at the hotel was outstanding and portions were more that adequate. The movie I ordered loaded quickly and there were no problems pausing it when needed. The house keeping staff were always friendly,courteous and kept the room very clean and orderly. I tried to not have the towels changed every day but they were. Perhaps there could be a separate towel rack for hanging towels that the guest doesn't wish to be changed out daily. All of the staff that I encountered were helpful, friendly and were willing to engage in friendly banter. My complements to them and to the management for choosing such good people for the staff. I never encountered anyone who was unfriendly or wasn't helpful. There are a couple of things that I would like to suggest which I think would add to the hotel. 1-It would be more convenient to have vending machines on all the floors instead of having to go to the first floor. Along with the vending machines an ice maker on all floors would be nice too. One of the vending machines should have bottled water in it. 2-A small refrigerator in the rooms would be a great convenience. 3-My above comment about the towels. I have stayed at the hotel before and the service, value and comfort were the same as this trip. The service has been quite consistent for both stays. Thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent
Check-in was efficient and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A hospitality room was included (which was a pleasant surprise), but we didn't use it. Very reasonable room rate--excellent value.

The holiday Inn in Mayfield is very sweet and comfortable. We would like to stay there again.
