Wonderful!
After a day of college football, our stay was incredibly relaxing. One of the most clean, quiet, and comfortable places I have stayed in a long time. The staff was incredibly friendly.

Very Comfortable - except smell of sweat
This hotel seems like a popular place to stay because for the two nights I stayed, it was completely booked. My room was fine however the bathtub and air from the AC both smelled like wet sweaty socks. Considering the temperature was around 95°F, I had AC running when I was in and somewhat acclimated to the smell. Otherwise the place was very well kept and clean. Noise level remained quiet. The staff at the front desk are personable and nice. I appreciate the a.m. newspaper. The included hot breakfast in the a.m. is also better than many other similar hotels... they change up what is served for hot items each morning. One thing I would have liked was a small fridge in the room. Free wifi is 802.11g. I definitely appreciated the mobile desk to get work done.

Short walk from hotel
Deet's BBQ is a 100 yard walk across the street and parking lot by Meijer's. You'll get 10% off if you show your Hampton Inn keycard. Service is quick there and you definitely get a good smokey flavor in the food.

Clean, comfortable, courteous
Was in the area for a family get together...my first time in a Hampton Inn as the chain I normally stay with was booked for the Memorial Day weekend...the rooms are large, mine was squeaky clean, the KS bed very comfortable...had a small frig. and a microwave for a few more dollars per day...lots of nice touches in the room...curved shower rod, nightlight in bathroom...breakfast was very good with enough choices...personnel were very helpful and courteous...planning another visit in Aug. and will book this hotel again

the best pizza in this area or maybe anywhere for that matter can be found at Gino's in the plaza behind the Longhorn steak house on nearby Dussel Drive...if you like bagels and lox for breakfast, Barry Bagel's is very close on the corner of Dussel and Holland roads...both have been in the Toledo area for many, many years

Real nice hotel
I attended a union seminar and brought my wife along for the ride. Plenty of shopping and resturants nearby. Levi Commons is an outdoor kind of shopping mall area within 15 minutes that she loved. And a Bass Pro Shop nearby also. Hotel was well kept and a nice indoor pool and hot tub also. Rooms were very nice and clean. And the breakfast in the morning was great. With homemade waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins etc. All for free!!!

If you want to walk across the road there is a nice big sports bar called Fricker's with lots on the menu. I had the ribs and they were great.

Great place to stay! Very nice!
We make the trip from Pittsburgh to Chicago at least twice a year and usually spend at least one night at this hotel (the halfway point); this trip we stayed one night each way. Short but very pleasant! Love the upgraded decor! Good move to create undersink storage for the coffee bar, leaving more room on the vanity for travel kits.

mediocre maintenance
Comfy beds but I wish they would get rid of the circular egg "omelette" and return to scrambled eggs at breakfast. Also Orbitz popped up in [...] showing a price supposedly including tax but it didn't. I could have used other reservation services. Finally, the toilet was partially clogged and the maintenance people, while acknowledging they knew about it already, hadn't dealt with it.
