When I arrived at the hotel my reservation was not in the system and I could not locate a phone # to call for customer service. I ended up booking the hotel room again. I am concerned that I might be billed for two rooms instead of one. Can someone investigate the situation and report back to me? On your website there is not a number listed to call for customer service. Is there one?

Need new staff
First off our bathroom was not real clean with hairs around bottom of toilot. Then when we went down for breakfast the coffee was out, the waffle mix was empty the trash cans were over- flowing and no one was filling the food back up. The lady that was taking care of it stood behind the check-in desk talking. When we asked them to refill things she took her time. People were still waiting to get breakfast as they started to tear down and put food away. I will never stay there again. We picked this hotel because it was close to Kings Island and for Breakfast. So much for the Breakfast. We ended up buying it down at Panera Bread. The front desk nevr even bothered to ask how our stay was when we checked out.

La Quinta Inn--Northeast Cincinnati area
We attended a music festival in downtown Cincinnati while staying in this hotel. There was sufficient nearby restaurants giving us a variety of choices for dining. There was easy and fast access to expressways leading into our event destination in Cincinnati. The hotel was clean and the room furnishings were adequate. The bathroom was very small and the exhaust fan came on whenever the light switch was activated. The fan was very loud. The toilet was very small also and the water flow into it was minimal requiring several flushings for each use.

Clean, comfortable, basic
The hotel was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was courteous. I requested a late check-in and was offered a chance to take a dip in the pool to relax even though they were supposed to close it when I arrived. I didn't want or need a lot of extras. This hotel does the basics well, and that's exactly what I needed. My only problem with the room was the A/C. I couldn't find a happy medium between Off and too cool.
