Family-friendly lodge with 401 suites is a destination unto itself
The family-friendly Great Wolf Lodge is adjacent to Kings Island Amusement Park. It also features the Bear Track Landing indoor water park that kids and adults of all ages enjoy. The lodge offers comfortable suites, multiple on-site dining options, free wireless Internet, a fitness center and spa, and a 40,000-square-foot conference center.

Great Wolf Lodge
The Great Wolf Lodge has something for everyone. We traveled with 5 teenagers and they had a fabulous time. Plenty of water fun for all ages and sizes. The snack bar and restaurant served very good food for reasonable prices. The room was incredible. We chose the loft/fireplace room. Queen size bed upstairs for Mom and Dad with 2 queen size beds and pullout sofa downstairs for the teens. Lots of room and 1 1/2 baths made it easy for us all to spread out.. This was by far our favorite overnight get away!

World's best Grandma
Very family oriented atmosphere!
There's so much for the children to do while you're at the resort! I took my granddaughters and participated the "scavenger hunt" type game and my husband took our grandson to the arcade. The water park was perfect with things to do for all ages! A great place for a family vacation!

Howling again
My kids, neices and nephews, and all parents have returned to this place so many times, and every time we have a great time. My kids absolutely love the water park and Magiquest game; they know every inch of the hotel and feel very comfortable there. My sister and i love the mango margarita's! Outside of the junk-food being a little pricey, we have a great time! . . . and the new triple twist rocks!

Canterfamily
Great location and Great place
We stayed here because of the accesibility to King's Island. It's literally walking distance away, besides if weather failed we could do the water park. We only planned a weekend so we didn't get to do everything but Great Wolf lodge offers a LOT of stuff to do without even stepping outside to King's Island Amusement park. WE will definetly stay here again and skip King's Island so we can enjoy all the activities that come with the room. We were very impressed.

Short drive from hotel
Eating in the restaurant can be pricey, but there are alot of different restaurants really close for any budget. We splurged on breakfast buffet in hotel but next time we will eat a McDonald's breakfast in exchange to do some family activity packages the hotel offers. (Buffet for 4 was $53)

The Family Man
Fantastic Family Getaway!!!
Our kids had a blast!!! The only downside was that it was a little noisy late at night, but I guess that is to be expected at a place like this. The room was great and the waterpark was tons of fun. We will definitely be going back.

Excellent family fun
We vistited the waterpark 3 of 4 days. Kids ages 4, 7, 10 loved all the rides. Husband (age 40) went on all the rides also. Lines a little long, but it was on a weekend. The buffet was great for us for the variety. Staff was friendly and very accomodating in buffet. Kids loved the Magi quest adventures. We would do it again. Staff even looked up number of movie theatre across the street. Room clean and spacious for family of 5. It was easy to watch the kids play from most parts of the hotel waterpark. KingsIsland is a 10 minute walk to the entrance. Lots of local restaurants within 10 minutes. Lifeguards kept an excellent watch on the kids and were patient when my 4 yr. old went down the slide face first. They were also helpful when my husband cut his head on one of the slides (actually first ride down his first slide) I would go back next year and take friends. AWESOME fun for all!!!!

Play the Magi Quest game starting the first night. Don't need to get the compass/ never used ours. We used one wand and shared it between the 3 kids.

Good times
Waterpark was great again. Felt that the room was cleaner than last time. Restaurant is good, but pricey, and a little slow.

Fort Fun Family
Great Wolf Lodge Mason Ohio review
Took a two day trip to Kings Island and decided stay a night at Great Wolf Lodge..which is right next door and has a very convenient trail that leads right to Kings Island entry! Saved us $10 parking fee! Also LOVED that even after we checked out of hotel we were allowed to stay there until 10pm to utilize waterpark, arcade, etc. It was great to have the indoor waterpark because it's about 90% better than Kings Island waterpark...which desperately needs to be re-done! [...]
